6. Active participation - social and media outreach, programs and initiatives locally, regionally and globally

7. Office of Diversity and Inclusion - officer and senior staff participation

8. Active employee led - Employee Resource Groups (ERG) - mentoring, leadership development, recruiting and social outreach
